Esperanto (Kungstensgatan 2, Stockholm) – this is one of Stockholm’s best-rated restaurants (receiving a Michelin star), serving a variety of dishes for well-heeled diners, including Langoustines brushed with Swedish wagyu ox tallow served with daikon and apple; dashi scandinave with dried monkfish, beets, lumpfish caviar and horseradish oil; and lightly straw smoked oysters, chilled pickled onions, fermented onion broth and buttermilk cheese.  Esperanto also runs a very popular sushi restaurant called Råkultur (raw culture) — which is located on the ground floor of the same building as the restaurant.
